Bleach wash:
Normally the fabric is dyed by the direct or reactive dye. That fabric of the garment is washed by bleach. In the washing, process color is removed. That means the faded effect to produce on the garment.
In bleach wash rather important timing because of over-washing can not be correct or reverse to less bleached condition.
Recipe :
Hydrogen per oxide - 5 m/lcaustic soda - 2%
Soda ash - 2%
Stabilizer - 2.5 %
Tmpt.- 80 degree Celsius.
Time - 10 min.
M:L - 1:5.

Working Procedure:
Batching
Loaded water and garment
Add desizing agent
Raise temp at 60-degree celsius and treated about 20 min.
Drop the liquid
Loaded the water
Add all chemical hydrogen peroxide, soda ash, caustic, stabilizer.
Raise temp at 80-degree celsius and treated about 10 min.
Drop the liquid.

Continuous wash at 60 degrees Celsius about 5 min.
Added water & acetic acid treat about 5 min.

Added softener 0.5 - 1% at 60 degree celsius

Advantages of Bleach wash:
- The garment will be a fading effect.
- The garment will be the removal of desizing materials.

we have to watch out during bleach wash. all chemical is very harmfully for the human body. We must wear protective toots and equipment.
