Garments Packing
Garments packing is part of finishing section in garments manufacturing. Its deeply important that garments how to sent to the buyer as the decorative and protecting the final goods. The garments packing has worked as the protector and beautifier. there are so many task for completing garments manufacturing.
Packing:
Its process by which all the "Quality Garments" are put back into poly bag its called garments packing.
Folding or Pressing:
Its a process or technique or method by which is removed unwanted crease and wrinkle and to give desire crease for easily to handle and shipment its called folding or pressing.
Types of folding:
1.Stan-up folding: It will be fold with body at 90 degree angle.
2. Semi stand-up folding: It will be fold with body at 45 degree angle.
3. Flat folding: It will be spread as whole an body.
There two types such as:
a. Rolling folding: whole body will be folded at rolling.
b. Hanger folding: It will be folded with hanger.
Packaging:
After final inspection the garments are poly packed , size ratio wise, dozen wise, colour wise bundled and packed in cartoon.the cartoon is marked with important information in printed form which is seen from out side cartoon poly.
Assortment:
Buyer generally ordered the garment in certain assort to colour and size.the production of such colours and sizes is called assortment. assortment table is shown below:
There are four types of assortment:
1. solid colour solid size : All the order comprise one colour one size.
2. solid colour assorted size: All the order comprise one colour assorted size.
3. soild size assort colour:All the order comprise one size assorted colour.
4. assort colour assort size:All the order comprise assorted colour assorted size.
Types of cartoon:
1. Master cartoon: all most cubic.
2. Coffin cartoon: length =2*width.
3.Inner cartoon: Small & insert able into other cartoon.
According to lay of cartoon: there three types:
1. Three lay.
2. Five lay.
3. seven lay.
